When an order runs late
Build times are estimates, not guarantees. If we can’t ship your order within the build time on its product page, we’ll email you before it passes with a new estimated ship date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund — no restocking fee in that case. Otherwise, cancellations before shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and an order can’t be cancelled once it has shipped. Full terms: Returns & Warranty.
Damaged in shipping
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos or a short video of the damage, and a short description. If we verify the claim, we send a replacement at no charge or, if a replacement isn’t available, refund the affected item in full. That is our 7-day limited warranty, which covers shipping damage and manufacturing defects on everything we sell.
