The N130 Hilux Surf is the Japanese-market twin of the 2nd gen 4Runner. These are the SAO parts we know fit it.
Surfs have been landing in the US and Canada as legal imports for years, and parts are the hard part. The Surf shares its platform with the 1990–1995 4Runner, so our headlights and roof racks carry over: the headlights fit 1992–1995 Surfs with a separate wiring harness, and Surf owners already run our racks. Surf owners run all three of our full-length racks, and two verified V3 HD reviews come from Surf builds. Each one mounts on steel rivnuts, so the install means drilling the roof. The V3 HD is rated for rooftop tents; the Medium and Light Duty are not.

Is the Hilux Surf the same truck as the 2nd gen 4Runner?
The N130 Hilux Surf (1989–1995) is the Japanese-market version of the 2nd gen 4Runner and shares its platform. Engines differ by chassis code: the LN130 is the 2.4L diesel, the KZN130 the 3.0L turbodiesel and the VZN130 the 3.0L V6.
