Standard American Outdoors Headlight Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
Standard American Outdoors, 1130 Ogletown Rd, Suite 2, #1862, Newark, DE 19711 (“Sponsor”). Questions: standardamericanoutdoors@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, outside the United States, and where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion period
Begins October 29, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends December 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
There are three ways to enter. Entries are tracked by email address; use the same email address for every method.
- (a) Free online entry. Visit standardamericanoutdoors.com/giveaway/ and submit your email address. You receive one (1) entry. Limit one free online entry per person and per email address for the whole Promotion Period. Submitting the form also subscribes you to Sponsor’s email list; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry. If you are already subscribed, submit the same email address to record your entry.
- (b) Purchase entries. Each order placed and paid at standardamericanoutdoors.com during the Promotion Period earns one (1) entry for every $5.00 of the order’s product subtotal, rounded up to the next whole entry. The product subtotal is the price of the products and add-ons in the order after any discount code and before shipping and sales tax. Purchase entries are recorded automatically to the email address on the order. No limit. An order that is cancelled, refunded in full or in part, or charged back before the drawing forfeits all entries earned on that order. Double-entry bonus: orders placed and paid from October 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET through November 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET earn two (2) entries for every $5.00 of product subtotal instead of one.
- (c) Free mail-in entry. Hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, and the words “SAO Headlight Giveaway” on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: SAO Headlight Giveaway, 1130 Ogletown Rd, Suite 2, #1862, Newark, DE 19711. Each card received by December 1, 2026 earns one (1) entry. One card per envelope; mechanically reproduced cards are void. No limit on the number of envelopes.
5. Prize
One (1) winner receives one (1) pair of Standard American Outdoors LED projector headlights, winner’s choice of model (ATOM, Apollo, Everest, Sinister, Sinister X2, or Freya) and of the finish and halo options offered for that model on standardamericanoutdoors.com on the date of the drawing. Approximate retail value (ARV): $639.99. Shipping to the winner’s address in the 48 contiguous states is included. Optional paid add-ons are not included. The headlights fit 1992–1995 Toyota 4Runners only; the prize is awarded regardless of what the winner drives. The prize is built and shipped on the normal lead time shown on the chosen model’s listing. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the chosen model becomes unavailable. Prize is not transferable. Winner is responsible for any taxes.
6. Drawing and odds
On or about December 2, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entry is one chance; a person’s chances are the sum of their entries from all methods. The winner will be announced on standardamericanoutdoors.com and on Sponsor’s social accounts, and notified by email.
7. Winner notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address on the entry within two (2) business days of the drawing and must reply within 72 hours of the notification to claim the prize, confirm eligibility, and provide a shipping address. If the potential winner does not reply in time, is ineligible, or declines, that entry is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require the winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release before shipping the prize. The first name, last initial and state of the winner may be posted on Sponsor’s website and social accounts.
8. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, uses multiple email addresses or automated means to enter, or acts in violation of these rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor’s control impairs it; in that case Sponsor will award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable entries, emails or mail. By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
9. Privacy
Information submitted is used to run this giveaway and, for email entries, to send Sponsor’s emails. Sponsor does not sell, rent or trade your information. See the privacy policy.
10. Not sponsored by any platform
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google LLC (YouTube), TikTok, or X Corp. By entering you release each of them from any liability connected with this giveaway.
11. Winner’s name
To receive the winner’s first name, last initial and state, email standardamericanoutdoors@gmail.com with the subject “Giveaway winner” between December 5, 2026 and January 31, 2027.
12. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, consistent with Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions.
